Aimed specifically at how to generate workable ideas and solutions keep coming up with them. You will learn to apply our unique model to help generate and capture ideas and then funnel them down into workable solutions and outcomes. You will also learn and use a variety of relevant thinking tools. Towards the end of the day we'll also apply what we've covered to solve a real business problem for your business so you'll leave with 3 solid workable ideas.

'Leading Creativity' Masterclass
How to enterprise creativity by leading the creative talents of your people
Designed for leaders of creative people & innovative thinkers. It looks at how to lead & fully utilizes the creative talents of your people & explores why creative people think, feel & do differently & how to to exploit those differences. Also how to build a business culture that stimulates creativity and create a process that allows you to turn on & off the creative controls.
This full day workshop looks at
